Today I travelled on foot for 20 minutes to collect a burnt pizza. This wasn't my issue, my issue is the customer service. It is disgusting. I rang 5/6 times in the space of 10 minutes. No answer. Eventually I get through to an agent, who was abrupt and told me she wouldn't replace my pizza if it had been touched. This is disgusting, it's a Monday night, I had to wait in traffic from the football to replace a burnt pizza that I had been indirectly accused of lying about. Their customer service is a disgrace. Dont even want to give one star but I have to.

Although the food was delicious, I was disappointed to find that my garlic bread had no garlic on it at all. Additionally, my order took longer than expected to be delivered, and I encountered an issue with the app indicating that my order had been delivered when it hadn't. When I called the restaurant to inquire about my order, the customer service representative I spoke with was quite rude. Overall, while the food itself was good, the customer service experience could use improvement.
