Perfect Pizza

Shame really. Collected 2 pizzas today. The meat on the pizza was off, we knew from its sour, pungent smell right away. I rang them and they didn't seem bothered, hung the phone up fast. This was going to be ate by my kids. I don't like leaving negative reviews as with every business it can go wrong at times, but meat that can cause food poisoning is a big no no for me, let alone the customer service.

Pizza good, they make topics what I ask, and plenty. Its good signs. But delivery need to be improved, as pizza didnt came hot.

Usually dont have a problem ordering from here but we only received half our order from Uber eats. Despite the offer being the Sunday to Friday where you select a second free pizza, the driver only delivered the one. The driver was only doing his job which is fair enough, but he then put me through to his boss, (who was basically just a male Karen) where he informed that offer didnt apply but we had been charged for it regardless. I then informed him that the one pizza we did have was incorrect, he then argued it wasntdespite me looking at the incorrect order. Massively got the sense that he couldnt be bothered to do his job properly, which is a real shame.
