        Only one assistant on counter, waited 25 min's While he served customer and picked two bags of fittings, I don't blame the assistant but the management for not managing the counter correctly by only putting one assistant on the counter when customers are waiting , maybe a bell system should be installed so assistant can indicate to other staff that customers waiting.
