A place to avoid. Stuff has been rude, and acted without any compassion, on my pain. Shame...but I will never come second time on that place!

Prince did an excellent job today, super responsive, empathetic and professional. Well done Prince, you're making the NHS proud.

I attended the Shree Jalaram Community Centre in Leicester today to receive my covid booster vaccination. The staff and volunteers were amazing. So organised and helpful I felt at ease and safe. The Nurse herself who administered the vaccine was professional caring and reassuring.

First visit for some anti-sickness medication and a pretty disappointing experience it turned out to be. The two women in the back seemed to be busy, and so managed to attract the attention of a young lad working in the front. Advised him that we required anti-sickness medication due to vomiting and not being able to keep anything down. He asked what the symptoms were and we simply repeated not being able to keep anything down and vomiting, to which he replied, from your eyes? We looked at one another and wondered if you were in the right place. In any case, he went and asked the pharmacist who advised particular packet of medication. He then tried to locate it on the shelf for a couple of minutes, and then proceeded with trying to place a new till roll into the credit card machine. Once that laborious ordeal was over, and we were charged 10.74, he then advised that we had been overcharged. He asked his colleagues for help with regard to the 3 something refund and none of them really knew what to do. I was asked by the Oriental lady to swipe my card for the refund, when trying to do so, she then told me to tap. By this time, we were all thoroughly confused and I simply asked for some form of refund receipt, in case the transaction did not go through. I was duly informed to simply walk back into the shop if it did not appear in my bank account, (like I havent got better things to be doing). When I asked for a refund receipt, I was told there wasnt one and that they were having problems with their till. Safe to say, it was a bit of an interesting and peculiar experience. The Oriental lady seemed more interested in telling customers to hurry up, as they would be closing very shortly. No refund has appeared at present, 10.74 is hugely expensive for a tiny box of medication. Im not sure I have the wherewithal to return for the refund. Business owner, the above is not meant to be anything but constructive. It sincerely was a comedy of errors.
