Professional service delivery has dwindled since the departure of one of third old staff Asif. They get medications mixed up, repeating same prescription within the spate of two weeks. Interest is not accorded the importance required as important medications have to be chased up severally for delivery. Looks like the new staff are not competent enough to handle the task they are employed for. Services are becoming very pathetic!!! Blood pressure medication prescribed over a week was not delivered leaving me without medication despite making several calls notifying them of my situation leaving me without anything to take for days. Promises were just in vain.

Yakub Chemist provide excellent service! We have been working together for just over a year. Azarn and his team are very approachable and efficient. They are excellent in dealing with urgent medication that is required for our care home. Highly recommend Yakub Chemist!
