Vision Pharmacy

Ordered medication on 20th april went to collect on 1st may only to be told it hasnt been sent over so went back home called 111 to see if they could help they said they will send it over by email so waited 40 minutes went back to chemist to see if they had recieved it but still hadnt so had wait till next day to call doctors to sort out they could see that i had ordered it on the 20th april they gave me a barcode to take back into chemist to get the medication only to find out it was there all along after them saying it hasnt been sent very bad service rude customer service got the dates on the boxes to prove it

Excellent pharmacy, Mohammed and Kiran were really helpful when I came in looking for medication for my little one after visting an out of hours doctor. They really went above and beyond trying to help get hold of a medicine that there's a nationwide shortage of and working with me and the doctor to get something I could take away at that time. It's really reassuring to know there's a 24hr pharmacy somewhere nearby.

To be honest it was good service. I been there last time and the girl was really helpful, sorry I dont know what is her name but she wears hejab ,, thanks

Was given a prescription today, went around Melton mowbry, Coventry and Hinckley to find a pharmacy open, thankfully I found this place to get my antibiotics! Very friendly and helpful staff members here!! Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for having fab opening times for people who are desperate for prescriptions

Mr Mohammed kolia and kiran Talbot awesome Im very good and kind. they are doing a wonderful job. the best are great people.
