Excellent pharmacy, friendly staff and always have my prescriptions ready. The one time they went astray - the GP had sent it to the wrong place- they went out of their way to track it down for me and resolved the problem.

Shilchem pharmacy has been taking care of my needs for a couple of years. Since, the change in management, I have found the service has greatly improved and I am always greeted with my name and a smile. They are always very professional and helpful too. I would strongly recommend these guys.

Horrible experience no hello no thank you they had two weeks of notice from my GP of a prescription yet they had no stock of my essential medication after this long fobbed me off by giving my medication prescription to me to go elsewhere to another pharmacy what a bloody joke they are the worst chemist Ive ever been to I would steer away from these guys they are not worth it made me very angry for not being there for me especially when Im in so much pain with my condition how dare they play with my condition and to be honest I would never ever recommend this place to anyone they only interested in money not the welfare of their customers shame on them!! This is not a fake review at all our experience was for real and not be ignored on reflection how we were treated and bounced off to another chemist because they couldnt be arsed to serve us equally like any other patient
