Severn Pharmacy

Went for the first time today and everyone was so lovely. Pharmacies have to deal with some *interesting* characters, I always feel bad for how poor pharmacy staff so often get treated by demanding people. Didnt seem to affect any of them, everyone is so really pleasant. The gentlemen I saw was beyond helpful and Im so so grateful.

I needed pain relief and with the help from my Doctors and this very efficient pharmacy I managed to receive my tablets in less than 2 hours well done Severn Pharmacy and may you continue in your success .

I went there to get my son's prescription which was only one customer in front of me and I waited for a while and one woman severd me and another woman came again to ask me a question and I just told her what I know from what my son's doctor has said to me earlier today and she felt very annoyed and inpatient, then I waited again, finally she brought the medicine and very inpatient from her face and I said "Thank you very much", no responds from her. Well that's my first time using this family pharmacy and I don't mind waiting and the attitude of customer service is "impressive".
