Dispensed the wrong medicine over the weekend - had to call up to notify them as I'd consider this to be fairly negligent. Following this incident, I was told a few days later that the outstanding medication would be delivered to the home address today. Waited till 7pm and followed it up and again the gentleman was very abrupt. He seemed to suggest I'd misheard that the medication would be delivered and that it was 'ready to collect', rather than admitting it was an error on their part, much like the wrong medication being given. Went to collect and the person who gave me the medication kept rolling his eyes at me - very rude service given.
