Not only are they the absolute epitome of professional, they are the kindest, warmest, most helpful people it has ever been my pleasure to meet. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel cared for and listened to. Cannot recommend highly enough

I had a nightmare with another chemist never being able to get my sons medications on time or the correct amount, since using pharmak I havent had a single issue! Its all complete on time correct amount and always someone behind the counter with a smile! They are amazing at remembering names and faces and it feels really personal when you collect anything from there! I drive from anstey to use them in birstall and would recommend to anyone!! 10/10 best service around!

I'm not originally in Leicester im in Coventry but when I phoned to enquire about certain tablets that are hard to get atm, the young lady I spoke to was truly amazing and helped me as much as she could to resolve my issue which was sorted within a few short minutes. This has made a delightful impact and its lovely to hear that there are people who genuinely care. I'm beyond grateful and More than thankful the woman whom I spoke to honestly deserves all the praise Thank you so much and I hope the manager sees this message and gives her the praise to. Such a wonderful woman
