Genuinely impressive how bad the customer service is. No surprise it's closing given the years of bad reviews on here. Staff actively try to avoid serving customers and when forced to, spend more energy than it would take to help the customer, aggressively trying to find a reason to not be able to help. Extraordinary.

Booked a flu jab for my son. Had it booked for over a week. Got there no one knew anything about it. So waited 10 mins for the pharmacist to set up the vaccination. Was then told it cant be administered as she couldnt get on the system to register it. Absolute waste of a journey. Why have a booking system online of no one knows about the appointment.

After visiting about 3 different chemists I couldnt find antibiotics for my daughter anywhere. They didnt have any either but they did ring around all over the place for me and managed to find a pharmacy that saved me some to go and collect! Thank you so much

Unhelpful. I would not advise going here. Agree with previous reviews the advice is incorrect and unprofessional.

Always very helpful team and make sure to order my medication as soon as possible when out of stock.
