    Asher helped me really change my lifestyle for the better! As a runner, strength training was new to me and I was reluctant to start given my lack of knowledge around it at the start but Asher guided me and explained every move and the benefits attached in such detail which really helped me to love training and lose inches off my waist. I was also eating anything and everything initially but with Ashers help and daily nutritional guidance around healthy food swaps, I can now enjoy all the good foods health consciously. I cannot thank Asher enough for all his help and patience. Im finally confident with my figure and would never turn back now. Truly the best PT I have had!

    I started training with Asher since January of this year. I can say it's been such a great decision that I made. Near the end of last year I was thinking of getting a personal trainer, as I already attend the gym but I've just been doing basically the same routine and I wanted to try and test myself, see what my limit is, to add different things that would help me physically but also the minds too. And since joining with the trailing with Asher, the teachings, further information about how everything works with targeting different parts of the muscles and how different types of exercises impacts it in a positive matter. It has literally open my whole mindset of training, I'm able to feel way more confident being in the gym, knowing what I'm doing and how to do it effectively. I have more of an understanding of the different techniques. I've learnt on how to do different techniques correctly, effectively. Learning about the different types of foods that the body needs whilst training. Understanding the theory behind training which truly opens up the world. And I can see and feel the big difference before I started to train with Asher to now. The atmosphere is fun, energetic and engaging. I feel more confidence within myself, have a better understanding on what I am actually doing and corrected the things that needed seeing too. I've been getting great support and yes you get a personal trainer but you also get a friend through it too.
