Great experience having one to one sessions with Simon. Simon was very friendly and was very patient with me when it came to learning the exercises and, from assessing your health and fitness, will provide you with a fitness and a nutritional programme and keep you motivated to achieve your goals.

I've been with Simon for a couple of months now. He's not an ordinary PT. It's not just about working out: it's also about your lifestyle goals, nutrition etc. He's always available to give you advice and will give you a customized workout routine. He will push you and get you to question your behaviours. This might not be for everyone but if you get over the initial hurdles he can help you become the person you want to be.

Simon is a very knowledgeable and competent Personal Trainer. He has helped me immensely in my rehab after knee issues and got me riding my bike again. He listens to his clients needs and offers a considered level of encouragement and drive to meet your objectives.
