        bought a fragrance from these people and the atomiser was faulty. Lots of useless exchanges until they said they would issue a refund. No refund. I got back in touch again and again and they said again they would refund. No refund. Cant decide if they are incompetent or dishonest or both. Useless. - they state i received refund but no record of it on my account. Update - radio silence and still no refund.
