        Lovely selection of perfumes, oils and ouds with staff who are extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you pick a scent you will love. I find the oils to last a lot longer than your typical aftershaves.

        Quality sprays and scents at a great location (en route to Showcase Cinema!) with well trained, friendly sales people. Would be better if they had a wider selection with scents or sizes costing less than 50. There should be options at 15, 30, etc

        After a bad experience 3 months ago, visited the Leicester outlet as didn't have time to order online, was served by Lava whose customer service was absolutely astounding, she had impeccable knowledge of the stores products and also offered advice on fragrances that would blend with each other to achieve a better outcome, I would for sure recommend this store because of the service i received from Lava Thank you for your help today
