TLDR: Liams is very talented, knowledgeable and professional. His attention to detail, and work is amazing. I would 100% recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again . Detailed Review: From the time we sent the first message, to the last day of the project, every touchpoint with Liam was flawless. After our initial message, we arranged a time for him to see the garden, discuss the details and measure up. We had asked him to break up the quote into various parts to help us make the best choice for our budget. To help Liam visualise exactly what we wanted, I sent over a digital mock up of our chosen design. After we received a quote, we discussed the project further via text. This was very helpful as it allowed us to communicate asynchronously, and it also served a reference if needed. Liam was very helpful discussing every aspect of the project. He provided great advice and guidance every step of the way. He suggested he could provide the slabs, but was also happy for us to use our own supplier. Not once did he push us to use his supplier. Due to the grid pattern we had chosen, it was important everything lined up. Liam understood the importance of this and took his time to get it right first time. We were consulted whenever there was a possible deviation from the design, or when anything may have compromised the visual aesthetics. Liams passion for his craft and attention to detail is phenomenal. This is very refreshing to see, especially in an industry where most people are worried about getting the job done as cheap and fast as possible. He didnt rush any part of the project, taking pride in everything from laying the foundation to clearing up at the end. Liam is very popular, so I would advise getting booked in as early as possible. We were lucky, as someone decided to cancel a job, so Liam managed to fit us in earlier than anticipated. I have no hesitation in recommending Liam. Great work, well done .

Our whole garden was made of wooden decking, it was impossible to use, because all the wood was rotten, our garden was only used to dry the laundry. There is no normal access to the garden, but Liam and his company found a quick solution. The new garden from scratch was designed by Liam. In just one day, the entire old fence and decking was dismantled and disposed - WOW. In only eight days, the entire project was completed, a new fence, new landscape from Indian stones and a masking fence from the neighbor's side. We are very pleased with Bartley Groundworks & Paving, the highest level of workmanship, attention to detail, very friendly approach, very helpful and very clean work, clean every day after finishing.
