JM Paving

They did my whole garden block paved - Firstly they promised a lot and fell short in all - they didn't initally prep. the garden landscape where the blocks were meant to set against and I had to literally call and 'remind' them on the phone whilst I was at my work place to cut down into the hedges (main reason why I wanted our garden blocked) to get right to the edge of the boundaries, they did a poor job on that and the floor curves and not straight at all - there excuse - we couldn't touch those parts of the hedges in as there was roots etc!) Secondly and the main issue was literally into the second day of work after they had packed up and gone away in the evening my fuse board popped and the electrics went out! I flipped them back on but the garage power was permanently failed! They had dug into and damaged my electric cables running from my main property underneath to the garage - they claimed they would sort it out but they apparently had nothing to do with it! They temporarily taped the cables, which were now ripped out of the circuit fuse board,to provide a temp fix - very DANGEROUS and risky and was not at all what was originally done. Finally the icing on the cake - they didn't come back to sand all the blocks down, which they promised they would on a better day, neither did they fix my gate lock back so now my security was compromised also) Not only this, they provided NO DRAINAGE whatsoever and the initial garage entrance had a lipped raised cement structure to block the rain water out was now flat against the new blocks and a huge gap under my garage door which has literally flooded the entire garage and contents! In conclusion would I recommend these bunch of cowboys - I urge you to come and visit me and I will show you the damage with proofs to make the decision for yourself - what they charged and what I paid was premium price for literally a loss and damage which cost me even more to replace! I have needed extra builders, gardeners and electricians to rectify all of this plus my own manual time and labour! Service: Paving job site preparation

I had my front garden dug up, cleared, and a block paving driveway installed. JM Paving carried out an absolutle fantastic service with attention to every detail. I was kept informed every step of the way and they cleaned up around them at the end of each day. Love my new driveway and was very happy with the competitive cost too!
