        Looking for ski gear at trepass would NOT recommend for you to go the trespass Leicester highcross store. Went there today and the customer service was appalling. No interest in helping customers. Two staff, Jwal and Jordan standing behind the cash register chatting away. The lady was on her phone constantly behind the till and had no interest in moving to assist on customer questions. I asked simple questions regarding the quality and features of the jackets and her response was check the tag and look online. Awful service and very disappointed as the prices of their clothing isn't cheap and customers need information to help choose what product is more suited to them!!!!

        lots of coats, jackets, boots ect ect. There is a very helpful member of staff, the patience of a Saint. That helped me choose a coat. Although down 85.00 I walked out with a Winter coat that actually fits me.
