        A last minute place on a ski trip led to a panic to find salopettes the same day out of season. I rang the store at lunch and Craig very helpfully sought some out from the storeroom, as all stock had been returned as it was off season. He kindly put them aside until I could visit after work. A super experience in store too, again with Craig and another colleague. Service was above and beyond. I will definitely visit again
