Did an unguided 2-hour Kayak trip. Absolutely wonderful staff and service. Provide you with all the gear for Kayaking, and a safety brief at the start. The route was so scenic and peaceful, in a great location, with cute pubs that you can go to at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend, especially for the summer. Will definitely be trying some of their other experiences in future

We had a great one hour taster session for our sons 9th birthday with 3 other boys and 5 adults. The instructor Brandon was great with both kids and adults. He made sure we were all safe and knew what we were doing and then left us to have a really relaxed paddle for an hour. We all had a great time and I would definitely recommend Lets Get Lost!

My Dad used a gift voucher I'd bought him to book a kayaking session. The company cancelled it hours before, citing weather concerns, despite it being a beautiful, still, sunny day and, in fact, the warmest day of the month! They also told him they'd be closing for the season that very day, so he couldn't rebook. Despite this, even days later they were offering sessions on their website... which is a suspect way of getting payment from people and then not delivering on sessions. All communication requesting refund have been ignored. I'm really disappointed by this experience because, from other reviews, the instructors seem great. I guess the company handling them are disorganised and/or overwhelmed. I remember reading other reviews about late cancellations and unprofessionalism and should have heeded their warnings. I wish I'd saved 40 and booked with another company. I'm now working with FareHarbor, the voucher company used by let's Get Lost, on finding a fix and making sure others don't lose their money this way.
