Great service by Krishan, understood my problem and a plan of action was made with some sessions booked. There were exercises also provided to do at home. The care and attention at each visit is what really put me at ease and I felt relief after each session. I would recommend The Spine Clinic if you have any back issues.

Having Hypermobility I have suffered with back and joint pain for as long as I can remember. During the last few years after a back injury I have been struggling with migraines and limited mobility due to neck, hip and back pain. I had been to chiropractors and physio and I still wasn't improving. Eventually a friend suggested I try an Osteopath and I am so glad I did. I was listened to, had a tailored programme to help me gain back mobility. Today was my last session and other than the occasional flare up I have been given back a quality of life I never thought I could get back to. I cannot thank you enough for your help.

I visited the clinic when I found myself in severe pain which painkillers were doing nothing for and I realised something needed to change. On my first appointment my issues were discussed, then a combination of treatments were used by Krishan to help alleviate the immediate pain. This was fantastic as I left feeling freedom of movement I'd not had, but also a treatment plan which was not going to just focus on one area, and exercises to continue in my own time to build back the strength I'd lost which clearly led to the problem. Historically exercises from the GP or physio would be on paper and you might forget, but the Spine Clinic gave access to how-to videos via email with suggested frequency do anything I was unsure of I could check up. Every appointment checked my progress and allowed for modification of areas to work on, I'm so glad I went there for a holistic treatment!

Great clinic, great guys. I had a shoulder injury and through several sessions of massage, acupuncture, and advice on exercises , its improved. Considering when I first went to the clinic, I was in agony and could barely move my shoulder due to an injury at the gym. Lovely clean modern clinic too. Thanks krishan
