ASDA Opticians

Fabulous service and prices. Cj deserves a special mention his customer service is Fabulous. I bought a pair of glasses which upon receipt were a very poor fit. He spent a long time helping me choose a frame that not only suited my face but fit perfectly. The optician is so friendly and very thorough. The staff are all excellent and care very much about their customer.

Been ringing for a week to try and get my child an eye test appointment not once have they answered!! All it does it ring!! Tried to ring Asda to get put through that way and it doesnt work either so Ill be moving opticians now as Im left with no other choice!!! Wouldnt even give it a 1 star but I had to!!!!

My husband and I had our eyes tested at Asda and I made a point of telling them that the last time I had my eyes tested my long vision was not good, so please make sure you get this right. We collected our glasses and had them very hurredly fitted, we felt we were holding up the dispensers. In truth it often takes a few days for new lenses to settle in but they never did and were much worse than before. The fitting was also terrible. The upshot is that both mine and my husband's glasses are unwearable and we have reverted to our old ones. As we live most of the time in Spain, returning to the shop is not an option. There is no email contact form for the shop in Fosse Park, Leicester only a phone number. As I wanted things in writing I wrote a letter to them. I have never received any contact of any kind. They may be cheap but they're certainly not cheerful.
