Very kind and service minded, went in there with a pair of glasses with broken nosepads and they fixed them for me on the spot and refused payment. Highly recommended, they clearly care about helping customers as much as they can.

Lovely little practice, very clean and seen promptly. I was impressed with Vikesh the optician who we saw, He was great with both my young children. Glad we chose our local village opticians rather then a bigger high street chain. Thank you

I am a support worker and I supported a nervous, deaf gentleman for his appointment. The staff were all lovely and polite and the optician himself Hamel was very patient and understanding and helped with using his hands as signs as to where the gentleman needed to look and he spoke slowly and clearly. The staff are a credit to the branch in Glenfield. Thank you.

Excellent service from Hamel, the optician and his team. Always professional, friendly and helpful. There always seems to be a raffle on too! I would definitely recommend this business.
