I recently had an eye examination which was phenomenal . The optician Mrs Jenkins was exemplary! Her service was so thorough and professional, I cant thank her enough! I was so impressed with all the equipment especially the 3D scanner machine . The service from the whole shop was fantastic, such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. I certainly would recommend to anybody for being a top opticians in Leicestershire! Thank you all at Park Drive . Deb Jeffrey

Ive worn glasses since I was 10 years old and once I finished high school I was keen to get contact lenses for university ( I mean every girl wants to look chic for uni) but this just couldnt happen with me as I am quite clumsy and no optician was patient enough with me to support me through the process. Fast forward 20years later and still couldnt get any optician to teach me how to use contact lenses. I even had one of the popular high street optician tell me contact lenses were not for me because of how clumsy I was anytime I went for a contact lens trial and it was a lot of times. I just didnt want to give up. Finally my breakthrough came in the form of Mrs Jenkins and her team Chris and Nikki at HSH Leicester forest east road. They are the kindest , most patient opticians I have met and I dont say this lightly. In my over 20 years of going to opticians I have never felt so cared for as I did with Mrs Jenkins and her team. Mrs Jenkins kept encouraging me and I can tell you that on my first consultation, I was wearing my contact lenses without fear of feeling like a failure. Chris and Nikki made sure I was comfortable when I went in and spoke to me very kindly. They assisted me in the ordering process too. I would recommend all three of them for anyone who wants a first class optician service without judgement and fear. Thank you Mrs Jenkins, Chris and Nikki x
