Hi.. under no circumstances use this opticians.... antiques are more of their thing..... They are living in the dark ages... Cost me load's of money due to incompetent optician... absolutely fuming... Mark krzeczkowski

Myself and my partner were passing and took the opportunity to make quick enquiry as we had been recommended to them and wanted to ask a quick question re ordering contact lenses. We didn't expect to actually go into the shop due to covid restrictions but still placed our masks on. We were greeted at the door by the most rude and obnoxious woman (this was at approx 13.20 today 12 Nov 20). She did not want our business and looked down her nose at us. We only wanted to ask if we could start placing contact lense orders with them seeing they are a local business, we wanted to support. As well as her clearly no skill customer service she also told us to order else where! I'd be worried if I had an employee like that. She may well have been the manager, who knows. There really is no need to be so rude and ignorant.! We live in the village as well. it's a small community and word spreads fast!!

Cozy building, lovley customer service, great prices. A happy atmosphere. been using Castle Optitions all my life amd wouldn't chose anywhere else.
