Four generations of my family have been lucky enough to come here. They even picked up a problem with one of my childrens eyes that led to diagnosis sadly of a terminal illness. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of regular eye tests!!! Bonnie is an absolute treasure and always goes above and beyond to be helpful.

Being coming here for over 12 years. Excellent professional service, found a health condition I didn't know I had through their professional assessment, which meant I was able to go to the GP and get it sorted out (all good now). Feel really secure that they take covid seriously, staff and people who work there take precautions. Bonnie has always been friendly and goes out of her way to be helpful, and very approachable. Excellent glasses and upgrades for my vision. I have partial hearing but have never had any problems as everybody in the shop is very clear. My ex husband, son and neighbours all use the shop on my recommendation now, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Been here before with no issues. Diff staff here now, I showed my exemption card at the door & I'm slightly hard of hearing, plus the loud noise of narb Road i spoke louder abd "Bonnie" didn't like that from the off. I was met with hostility, instantly making me not want to bring my special needs son for his appt the following week. She demanded I wear a mask. I explained to her that due to severe PTSD involving face covering while being r*ped, she still refused me entry after I showed my exemption lanyard and card again. I was also told my extremely autistic son would be made to wear one too, I explained his needs and she said "well other autistic kids come in and wear them" and you think all autistic kids are the same? Safe to say I've left and have been treated amazingly by the staff at Woodgate Eye Centre. Nobody had ANY issue we weren't made to wear a mask and were so well taken care of I'll be recommending them to everyone. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE EXEMPT.
