Called just today to get in contact with my daughters paediatrician. The paediatrician herself is very lovely although difficult to get hold of. However the receptionist who answered today for the bridge park plaza is very rude and abrupt and didn't even listen to my reason for the call just stuck me on hold. I find this very rude and quite disrespectful. Someone needs to teach this lady a telephone manner asap.
