I phoned Sophie for detailed advice on portable equipment for car transfers from a wheelchair, without buying a new car, which are also practical and safe for the carer. She got back to me very quickly. She was very friendly and helpful and didnt charge in this instance. She gave excellent practical recommendations, including several options, and a chargeable visit when the equipment comes, one of which I shall now follow up. I would definitely ask for help again and we now have peace of mind and can keep the car!

Sophia went above and beyond in order to get all the correct information from my self. She also listened to me at my lowest point. She was happy, bubbly and professional. I felt very supported and listened to. Highly recommend. Thanks Sophia

I have been thoroughly impressed by my experience with Home independence. My OT (Sophia) has been delightful to work with. each visit is conducted in a friendly and caring manner, with Sophia being very keen to help address my requirements, whilst also being mindful of my safety. All her visits have been backed up with comprehensive and professional paperwork.

When I required professional help for my sister aged 94 I was fortunate enough to be put into contact with Sophia Dickinson of Home Independence Therapy.Ild.. Sophia was able to attend at relatively short notice and did a very thorough and detailed assessment of my sisters needs.. I am most grateful for her advice and would highly recommend her services.
