My Nan has been at this home a while now and and at first can honestly say had nothing but great things to say about the home but on several occasions now have been treated disgustingly by staff when visiting mainly the manager who is very rude and unprofessional! On 2 occasions refusing to allow us to see our Nan and discriminating against us by imposing strict rules (which we followed) but not enforcing the same rules to others, staff do not seem to know what the rules are due to very poor management and direction. I am very disappointed and will choose in future to take my Nan out when visiting as do not want to be treated this way when all we want to do is spend time with our Nan!
