Hayes Park Nursing Home

Excellent experience with this home. My Mum was there for 11 days for nursing care before unfortunately she passed away. she was looked after in every possible way always clean and comfortable. One thing I noticed no smells of any sort unlike some homes.Staff looked after her excellently and also me at such a sad time. One touch which the family appreciated was a video taken on her 98th Birthday which we now treasure. Thank you all for your care and help under sad circumstances. We would highly recommend your Home. You should all be proud of the caring work you all do.

Definitely recommend the home the staff from carers ,nurses office staff and kitchen staff all looked after our mother with utmost dignity and respect until her passing in December 2021. Our mother was in this home for about 2 years.

Worst home ever , staff are rude to patience and there family's , so glad my mum is out of that nasty room and home , she was in a room and it was like she was forgotten about , moved her phone and buzzer out of her reach so she could not get hold of a carer , I GIVE them NO STARS !!!!!!!!!!

My memories of Hayes Park ,are my very best from a professional point of view ,and the home never failed the " mum " test . Very courteous ,friendly staff ,and there isn't anything that is too much trouble . Very caring individuals ,where their interest in their roles shine throughout the shift . Hayes Park is my happy place ,and I will never forget all the love ,all the support I received ,when I moved that home out of a very difficult place . Great workplace . Beverly love to everyone
