        Horrible place, we found tablets in my mums mouth when she couldn't even swallow, she died after being here only 4 days later, ten minutes after being told she had passed Michael was on the phone harassing us to make arrangements to have her moved, awful man, also very depressing place cobwebs in mums room, it's about time this home was inspected .

        Moved my Nanna out of this home ASAP due to her receiving inadequate care & medication inconsistencies. There are a couple of carers that go above and beyond but this home should not be offering end of life care. Suitable as a residential home only.

        Harley Houses CQC record and performance throughout COVID shows they run a well performing nursing facility. Their daytime staff provide excellent medical and care support.
