Gipsy Lane- Very Poor Management, lack of communication, no trust between the staff and parents and rude with communication with my self being a parent. Even the owner of the nursery overheard my compliant and did nothing about it! I wouldnt recommend any parents sending their children to this nursery!

My son started this nursery in May 2021. This was the first nursery we had visited and instantly knew we wanted to send him here. The staff and management team are very friendly and professional. I am impressed in the way they look after the children and how personable it all is. They remember all the details of how your child's day has been and what they have been up to, so it is definitely reassuring! You can tell there is a general passion from all the staff. They have also been extremely accommodating in some of my circumstances. I will definitely send my second child here and recommend this nursery to anyone as they will out your mind at ease. Thank you bright bees!

After having been recommended the Nursery by many friends, I decided to enquire if they had spaces for my 2 year old for 3 days, I was told that there was and was booked for a viewing. My appointment was rescheduled by them twice to which I did check that it wouldnt have an impact on my space, to which they answered no. We had our viewing and then I later received a phone call to say that the space wasnt available anymore. Apparently due to other applications having been put through and secured. I questioned the lady as to why I was then invited in then - to which she insisted that it wasnt confirmed although it was. My husband rang and enquired on the same day for the same times and days for our daughter, he was put on hold as they confirmed the spaces and then he was told that yes there were those days and times available and to book a viewing. Being honest people He told them that my wife had been in and was later declined, a little shocked they used the same excuses that actually no they had not confirmed. I was there for the phone call it was most evidently confirmed for him. Such a shame on their part to behave in such a manner when I had high regards for the Nursrey and took the lady on face value. I wondered how they chose their children and clients and whether they simply didnt like us.
