Poor quality food & service, inconsistent pricing and expensive

Absolutely disgusting food, I never wrote a bad review as much as this shop ordered a salad cob the bread was a day old shrived and stale I explained to the shop owner that the bread was stale and could I have another cob please and they refused to exchange and a refund DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR Food they are very expensive and cook food with no hair nets no ppe uniform they have also lost a lot of their customers lorry drivers etc etc not even worth a 1 star council have been informed

Food is very poor for the money, food looks like vomit in a box for a burger! Very expensive for the quality, value and taste. All going south since Gary and Jill sold it on. It's a shame greed and ignorance with the new owners over value and good service what it used to be. It will be the last time I bother walking in this shop for any food.

Just been to the shop on my way home from a night shift as I was told they receive and forward packages. Walked in and the look the female behind the counter gave me was disgusting. Clearly couldnt be bothered to deal with it and quite rudely told me to stand at the side whilst she served other customers. If you dont wish to deal with parcels then dont offer it as a service wont be using them again

Brilliant lunch hot food and rolls. The 3 roast baguette is very moreish.
