Dhillons Cars (Leicester) Ltd

These fraudsters sold me a car in November of 2022 with a gold warranty, with WarrantyWise. I found out shortly after delivery of the car, it has a timing chain issue they didnt declare. Which has now lead to a blown engine WarrantyWise after three weeks having the car at a VAT registered garage, to have the timing chain supposedly fixed, declined any work. I would avoid Dhillon Cars at all costs!

I bought a beautiful car from Dhillons Cars a couple of years ago, it was EXACTLY as described and the price was amazing too. I was really impressed with the service, the friendly approach of the business owner and his knowledge and expertise when it comes to cars. I felt like he understood exactly what I wanted and then found the perfect match. Im still driving the same car and its just as good as the day I bought it. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dhillons Cars. Im now looking for a second car and DHILLON is helping me in the search once again and working hard to satisfy all of our demands. I would highly recommend. 10/10.

Do NOT buy a car from this garage!! Brought a c class from them and just like other reviews shortly after experienced engine problems. Warranty company were not great and really had to battle to get any money back. Big shortfall left to pay ourselves. Additionally had further issues were tyres were illegal tread which was not picked up on MOT when I had asked for an MOT to be done before collecting I was told it wasnt worth while as car hadnt done enough mileage since the last one (approx 2 months) no advisories on the report yet all 4 tyres needed changing and put a huge risk on our family driving that about. Owner has no interest in responding or resolving. Now reporting to FCA, FOS and trading standards after 8months to trying to be patient and resolving with dealership to no avail. Avoid!! avoid!! avoid!!
