        Wow. My current mortgage deal was ending and my bank wanted to charge me 300 extra on the new mortgage rates!! Robbery!! Matrix Mortgages sourced and secured a brilliant deal for me where I am paying nearly the same as I was previously . All under 4 hours! Im only paying 90 extra per month! Pros: Fast, reliable, efficient. New deal secured and direct debit set up within 4 hours. Cons: None Extra points: I should have called him before Bank of England hiked the rates! Bit of online paperwork, but have to say very easy to complete if you have all your info to hand.
