Absolutely disgusting how they deal with grieving families. Cancelled our order of of the blue and refused to carry on with the work 11 months after taking the order! Now i know why he won't accept credit cards! Ignore the bull about bank charges

I highly recommend dobson memorials, very helpful and caring from the start, kept me updated with the progress and a very friendly service. Thank you for a beautiful headstone.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF OUR LIVES DEALING WITH DOBSONS! We placed our order with Dobsons in March with a view to fitting my Mums headstone in early November 2021. Out of the blue a week before it was going to be fitted (Oct 2022) Dobsons cancelled our order and fobbed us off blaming the council. Dobsons had made the headstone and surround smaller than the councils guidelines which they were fully aware of as these guidelines have been in place for years. The council also advised the Dobsons only submitted the application for the headstones days ago and not when the order was placed which is common practice. If they had they would have known right away that their design was too small. This was devastating news and the way they broke it to us was disrespectful and disgusting. No offer to put things right or carry on. They just cancelled our order and said find someone else This attitude was outright rude and disgusting. I now have to wait another 12 months after my mums death to get a headstone sorted due to the incompetence of Dobsons. To mess up our order and not have the decency to admit to the mistake is nothing short of a disgrace. No doubt they will continue to put the blame on the council. All i can say to anybody considering using Dobsons is steer well clear of them.

I cannot praise Steve and all the staff at Dobsons. My first dealings with them was several years ago for my dads headstone. They treated my Mum and myself with upmost respect and patience during a very difficult time. They truly were faultless and the service we received was very professional and genuine. Recently I had to deal with my mums passing. Again the help and support was incredible. Steve and his wife were so very compassionate and really helped me through yet again another difficult upsetting time. I cannot thank them and all of their staff enough. During difficult and sad times the whole team at Dobsons are like a ROCK of support. Truly caring and respectful. Thank you all so so much for everything. The headstone looks AMAZING. Quality Quality Quality. Much Respect for the invaluable work you do

Well done to all at Dobsons memorials on a fantastic job of restoring my grandmother's headstone and adding the inscription and photograph for my mother to it. Excellent craftsmanship with such a professional and caring service all through. I would highly recommend them. A massive thank you from me and my family on such a wonderful job from beginning to end
