Appalling service all round. Don't leave your phone here for repair or you may get it back in a worse condition than it started . I left my phone here to have the camera replaced as it wasn't working properly. Was charged 100, for this, when collected the camera still did not work properly, in addition to this the S pen no longer worked and there was no phone signal reception to Virgin. Was told that the problem was that the phone was 'Chinese' and the replacement camera was British, however they had not checked the model before replacing the camera. Also was expected to pay and additional 30 to get the 'technician' to have another look at the phone. Refused to pay this and supposedly the tech had a look but could not repair the damage, caused by them. Eventually received a refund of 100, but now have to buy a new phone as this one now can't be used to make calls , and unable to use the S pen due to internal damage which must have been caused by this repair shop
