After reading all the reviews! I must say what company has no issues! ALL companies have some kind issues! There is no company or person that is perfect! But we all try our best to our knowledge. I have worked for the company for 2years, and have had ups and downs, but they have helped me and supported me when needed!

Unfortunately not a company I would recommend. They clearly send new staff with little information and training and think nothing of missing appointments or being late. They lie to cover their tracks. Some of the staff are friendly but unfortunately it takes more than friendlyless to care for somebody. They dont always understand whats being asked of them they cant read the instructions given so get confused. Simple tasks sometimes challenge them like disposing correctly to soiled pads. They deem it fine to put in a waste paper bin in the lounge. Or a kitchen bin. They think its ok to put a wet (urinated on ) sheet on the radiator without washing. These are just a few examples we have found with this company. Missing essential medication was the final straw! Care 4 u clearly dont care,.. dont use!

Dont be fooled by the reviews nearly all are from family members or people that work/ use to work in the office. Very poor management, pay late, try having you wait around for hours to do 1 call. Have no respect for the carers! Awful company
