The office staff are helpful and kind. One time 2 carers came an hour early. Most of the time some carers 10-15 minutes late or early. Most carers are really good but some are a constant headache. The carers do try their best to stay professional and get the job done but they do joke around which is ok but there is a limit to it. They do try to keep me happy which I understand. Aimee Ratcliffe, Tina Patel, Tabs, Jane Johnson and Yasmin Musa deserve lots of praise because they are simply the best, better than all the rest. These five do their job properly and dont mess around.
