        Venue is lovely parking good staff lovely. Let down by the corkage charges which are not transparent. Venue used for my sisters wake. Hard to contact bar license owner who was unable to provide bar due to staff being used at Braunstone civic centre. Too late to cancel when charges explained. Should be more honest about charges when bookings are made with Braunstone civic centre
