If I could give zero stars I would ! Absolutely awful accommodation. Entrance hall used for storage of rubbish hence the stench of rotting food on entering ! All carpet tiles filthy. Kitchen absolutely disgusting. No cleaning ever carried out. Hardly see a soul which I think suggests they would rather be anywhere else !!! Grim ..

I dont usually write reviews but I feel like I have to put this out as a warning to anyone who wants to book here. - I planned to take over a tenancy and was told Id have to pay 150 deposit which I was fine about however the way the man came across the phone was quite rushed. I shrugged this off as I can understand this time of the year is quite busy. The line was crossed when I was checking my account to get the address to re-register for my course to see -642 in my mezzino account. This was the deposit, and upfront rent from the 1st of August; not only was I not made aware of this rent instalment (just short of 500) I got my tenancy on the 16th august and not able to move in till the 15th September which I think considering this is a student accom is pathetic. I began immediately looking for somewhere else after this and once I did I rang mezzino. Bare in mind I had not signed a single document and my signature is no where near any of them. When I called up the same man answered the phone who rang me the first time round. Id love to have had similar experiences with the staff as other people but this man is so unbelievably rude. I told him and he said that I had signed it by clicking something which is apparently an e signature- once again was not made aware of this. I am still currently trying to get out of this scam of a place because they try to trap you with contracts and scam you out of money. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Just added stress on someone who is trying to resit a year due to health issues and this caused immense stress for me

The rooms are very cosy comfortable and give concentration & focus towards studies Most important is the prices are very affordable Excellent living experience in pennine house, manager and staff here are very nice and caring which will make us to feel like home.This accommodation is most cost effective than other accommodation. The flats are big,neat and tidy. strongly recommend this accommodation to all the students .

Property managers were lovely. Sara helped me out so much with a lot! very close to DMU campus and the town centre. Building is very old and could use some indepth and proper updating, fixing and referbishment though.
