        Bought a stick vacuum online through Lords website. Excellent price and free courier delivery although we are quite some distance. Came within 48 hours, so altogether tip top service.

        They didn't have what I wanted but the lady who looks after electrical was really helpful and came back to me quickly as promised. Good service like this is becoming very rare nowadays! Thanks again

        I wanted to buy a DVD player which would play some DVD RAM the salesperson couldnt be bothered to see if the discs would play but phoned around and told me they wouldnt play on his machines. In the end I bought a Panasonic Blueray/DVD player elsewhere and plays my DVDs Moral of the story is should try harder! Lost Sale. AVOID
