.Total sham of a company. Im owed money that has not been returned, when I first moved in I called to mention that the tv points are not working, the girls answer was , that wouldnt bother me I dont watch tv, that was my second day in the place. (She was being serious, that was her actual reply) Total joke of a company, pay my money back ,ive given you plenty of opportunities to sort this, dont ever expect a call back you have zero chance. Unless you leave a bad review, then you get called straight away, I would have been better renting privately. On a plus note the apartment is nice and the landlord has been a gentleman. .. so you charged me money that I didnt owe, sent money to someone that wasnt owed then gave me my money back minus your admin fee when I didnt owe it in the first place, hi can you refund my money. Hello. what you have said is bull. You charged an admin fee on money that you should never have requested and made me pay assuring me it would be returned after the your team got to the bottom of things your end. And your comments that you are not a charity dont really wash

they just make a dell with me for one rent apartment than they keep me long time no answer ! when i call them they told me that a person with i dealing with is not working there anymore ! than pass some more weeks they contact me which obviously i told them gave me back my money and cancel everything because unprofessional! so they did not gave me back nothing ! they kind off cheating scammers taking people fees on the very beginning than they just dont care even thats illegal ! so careful with this narborough hunter agency do not fall in theyare cheating system.

We have purchased a property through hunters estate agents. And we can't fault the service so far. Keep it up the louth office .

If I can give 0 I will. Is the worsted agency ever, my mum wants to rent a flat. She went for the viewing she said she was interested then she completed the application and she send 155.00 for starting the application. Then we wait for a couple of days and because we didnt have any answers I rang them. Then they said they give the house to someone else because they didnt see my application but they see the money( I sent the money with the reference of the house) at that point I said ok thats fine can I have my money back and they said yes since that day 19/7 I rang several time to have my money back till now I didnt have my money back every time an excuse. They are Lie and unprofessional agency
