Probably one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Considering it's a company that deals with people disabilities they couldn't handle mine. No staff motives, morale is poor, everyone does their own thing and managers dont do a lot and get away with it. I was there for 6 months in head office and saw 6 people quite high up in the company leave for other places which shows the staff turnaround is poor. Honestly would not recommend this place, the people who work hard don't get any appreciation and it is very unorganised. I can't say anything about the level of care they provided because I didn't see how competent they were in that but I know the trainer's work really hard to train the care workers. That's probably the most positive part about the company! Also, don't trust 5 star reviews most of them are from current employees

The Lime is the worst place I have been working in. Bully and rasist culture from Team Leader who is constantly sleeping on night shifts. Sharing sensitive informations all over the place and with other staff. It calls whistleblowing. Most of the members of staff unfriendly and with no lead instead of helping each other reporting each other.
