Marston Court Care Home

My brother was a resident here for just over 12 years . We have just been in the news as we have been fighting for awnsers to questions raised in regards to my brothers finances . We raised many issues over his care over the years which were all dismissed. Marston Court have not responded to the families many questions or emails giving awnser as to how and where thousands pounds of his money has been spent and why was thousands of pounds withdrawn in cash including 3300 in 7 days Why did they open a bank account in 3 differant names , we still have no idea who these individuals were Why was the address differant to his and why did Santender tell me there were multiple accounts held in the same names and registered to the same address not the care homes? Questions questions Would I entrust anyone to their care . Absolutely not , hence us spending alot of time and money fighting to get our brother out through the Court of protection Unfortunately he passed away just before he was due to be moved We will never get over this , protect your loved ones.

Absolutely disgusting care for our dear brother who was unfortunate to be here for 12 years We were in the news recently for we uncovered thousands of pounds missing from his account,Accounts that were set up in false names and addresses, by staff in the care home large sums of his money withdrawn on daily basis , whilst all the time our brother was sat in a broken wheelchair, womans clothing and make up bought ,they claimed for him , if you have unfortunately a loved one in this god forsaken place please get them out ,before they are taken advantage off too

Please do not send your family members here. A very good act is played upon the surface. If you dig a little deeper you will be shocked by what you find! Anyone who has residents here please check their doctors records, dental record, day trip records, bank accounts and where their money is being paid into. Please just check. You will be shocked as we were.

My Auntie lived here for the past 14 years until she passed away recently, this home and its staff are fantastic. We had no worries about her care or safety or her well-being whilst she lived here and she was treated like family. The place has a homely feel and we were always treated so well by all the staff when visiting her. Nothing was too much trouble and even when she passed away they made all the funeral arrangements for us and we will be forever grateful for this. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a place where your relative will be looked after like one of their own. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you did for our Auntie
