        AVOID! I called Leicester Roofers as they were the only roofers able to fix my leak within the next 24hours. They came as a team of 3, and charged me 400 for less than 2 hours work (I thought it would last atleast half a day!). Other roofers have come since and said they have definitely ripped you off (I am a new home owner so I had no idea how much these things should cost!) Either way - it was sunny for the last 2 weeks, today the rain hit and the leak is STILL THERE in the attic! I was assured by Steve that the leak would be fixed, 'the valley just needed repairing' and 'sealed holes with cromopol' and 'replacing broken tiles'. All of this was apparently done - but the leak is there just as before. For all I know they sat on my roof and did nothing - I am not a roofer so how am I supposed to know? Would never trust them again. After reporting back to steve today I was told 'no guarantee on repairs'. He DID NOT tell me this before. Reporting to trading standards immediately. Do NOT pay them in cash like I did or will it be harder to claim it back - but trust me, I will not give up!
