I had an accident in my electric car which went through the insurance. The repair was then given to steer automotive, I couldn't be happier with the service. The ladies in the office kept me up to date and were great fun to have a laugh with. The job they did on my car looks as though it has come out of the showroom brand new. The only criticism i would have is the delay to the part (However this was not due to steer but rather the company supplying the parts). Car was sent to garage for repair after an accident. However, there have been many delays and a huge lack of communication. In addition, ordering of wrong parts caused further delays. Therefore, many times throughout a 19+ day repair period, they've failed to deliver deadlines and have kept postponing the delivery date. Expect to chase garage and experience lots of inconvenience. Overal poor and rude customer service. Do not recommend garage! Service: Auto maintenance

Very pleased with the repair and paintwork on my car, fantastic job and I must say the vibe in the work place is excellent, loved the singing, made my day 5 stars
