360 Play Leicester - Soft Play and Party Venue

Used to go there when I was a kid when they was used to be open on the first Friday on the month for kids with special needs e.g autism, downs syndrome (I don't know if it's still continuing doing that or not). But I did a good time in there, staff were good and a lot of space to have a lot of fun. Oh the memories, before you get too old and have to move on from it.

What a mess! That is the most dirt place for kids I have ever seen. Looks like no clean every day and 100% do not do this properly. Staff are mainly students who don't care. One more I don't like is that surveillance with your data- email, DOB, address and even photo of you. You can't enter if you don't want share your data. Definitely last time there

I visited today with my 2 kids my mum and my auntie last week Ive done direct debit which was included 2 kids and 2 adults! The reception doesnt have clue whats she was doing! She wanted to charge me 20.89 for 3 adults! I need to ask her to arrange a manager to let me get in. The staff need to be trained better and be more polite most of them there are rude. I take my kids at the carousel and the guy after the first turn was asking them to go down and go in the key!! Is redicilous the way how they treating the kids!!

Very busy on the weekends. Great for younger children but adults can also go on the soft play. Food available but rather pricey.
