        The teams that turned up on each day of our move were really good, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when we changed our minds several times about where things should be put - sometimes involving them taking something upstairs and then bringing it down again - they did this with a smile. If I have issue, some team members didn't label boxes at all, and a box of LPs was labelled 'dining room', which didn't help with the unpacking. However, overall, nothing was broken, only very minimal damage, and we felt overall, things went well.
