Wow what fantastic service. Ordered yesterday morning and arrived today! Shoes fit my daughter perfectly (they were the same style she had last year in a bigger size so that was almost a given) and have free return label to return the other pair. Hopeful the return refund will be just as efficient. Would highly recommend.

Reminded me when my size was it real soon. Did so, bought them no problem. Quick, efficient and easy. Will use again for sure.

Wouldn't give them even a star!!! I'd stay well clear. Thier customer service is awful! I ordered two pairs of shoes to which I wanted to return them. So I emailed them asking if I could return them, to which they replied 'yes'. So I sent them back, not knowing the bull that came with it all. They processed the returns, to which only a few days after told me that I can't get my refund as it was not in the 14 day window. I clearly emailed them asking them if I was able to - and remember I got a yes! I don't understand how they couldn't check the details correctly to when they were ordered, sent and the 'cut off date' to return them. If they had stated it's outside of the 'window' I would have thought about the store credit for future preferences. BUT no. They keep repeating themselves like a broken record, don't honour what they say and now I'm waiting for the same shoes to be returned! What a waste of time!!
